Sun-Dried Tomatoes with Garlic Smashed Pieorgies
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 jar of julienne sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
1 large onion
Fresh basil (optional)
One bag Pierogie Guy pierogies (I like the garlic smashed)
Directions
In sauté pan, sauté sliced onion in sun-dried tomato olive oil until softened.
In second sauté pan, fry frozen pierogies in more sun dried tomato olive oil.
Add sun-dried tomatoes to first frying pan with onions.
When pieorgies are cooked, top with onion mixture and sprinkle with fresh basil.
