Traditional Sautéed Pierogies
Serves 2-3
Ingredients
One dozen Potato Cheddar Pierogies
One green pepper
One sweet onion
One Tbsp. butter
One Tbsp. olive oil
Sour cream (optional)
Directions
Preheat a covered frying pan with butter and oil over medium heat.
Slice pepper and onion into strips and place in frying pan.
Add frozen pierogies and cook 4-5 minutes per side with the cover on until they are golden brown.
Serve with a side of sour cream.
